Product Warranty
All Plug & Carry products include a 30 day functional warranty. If your item arrives damaged or stops working due to a manufacturing defect within 30 days, we will replace it or issue a refund. To request a warranty claim, email hello@plugncarry.com with your order number and a photo or video of the issue. Our team responds within 24–48 hours.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
My tracking number isn't updating — why?
This is normal during the first few days. Tracking updates begin once the package reaches the first major sorting facility.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear.
